lucky you , I am very envious , enjoy the warmth , I have just got back from the sun myself , felt so much better in the sunshine , back to reality now  have a great time

we've had dreadful rain in the South here,
hope the warm weather helps your joints,

Can't believe it, only 3 days left now. Winter sun has been great although I have been far from pain free. One day we went for a walk from the hotel. My left foot was a bit painful and I thought I would walk it off. After a couple of hundred yards I was hobbling and in real pain. So I turned back and left my wife too continue. As I hobbled back into the hotel lobby the pain vanished - as if it had never been! Weird. It's been a bit cooler the last couple of days. We had an amazing thunderstorm a couple of evenings ago. Hexham - Northumberland - Loads of spectacular walks - all I need now are the joints to go with them! :)

We're back and jet lagged, and in my case with a bit of a flare due to reducing steroids. We knew the weather was bad back home because it even made the US News Networks, and almost unhead of thing Paul Barrett
Hexham - Northumberland - Loads of spectacular walks - all I need now are the joints to go with them! :)

hope you had a good holiday Paul, despite being in pain.
yes we've had awful weather, can't quite believe just how many people are in a terrible state .. floods, sink hole's, it's going to take some a year to get back home .. and what about insurance for the future.
anyway roll on Spring, it's light till 5.30 now and we've had a mild winter at least.
